Aka Day of Coordinator

This is for the couple that has most of their details but needs someone the day of to make it all come together!

Includes:

Two (or more) detailed zoom calls to discuss the vision of your event (more can always be added)

View contracts

Put together a detailed timeline to be approved by the couple

Assist in making the room diagram & seating chart

Contact Vendors

Arrange the rehearsal and stay after to assist in set up for the next day

Arrive three to four hours prior to the ceremony time to set up venue details

Social Event Coordinator Package

This package is for social events other than weddings! Whether is a baby shower, engagement party, bridal luncheon, etc. I have got your back.

Includes:

Zoom calls to discuss the vision and execution of your event

Vendor recommendations

A detailed timeline from start to finish

Assistance in hotel room blocks for out of town guests

Contact vendors to assure everyone is on the same page

Day of coordination (arrival several hours prior to the start of the event)
