“Wow wow wow!! I mean, I literally could not have asked for a better coordinator! I wasn’t planning on getting one but I heard enough people talking about it and I finally decided that if anyone needed a coordinator, it was going to be me! And I’m sure glad I did! Gabby was so amazing!! Leading up to the wedding, she was nothing short of the extra hands that I needed. If I needed/wanted someone called… Gabby got it! If I had an idea that I couldn’t bring to life…. Gabby found a picture to help guide me with my ideas! She checked in to make sure that I didn’t need anything, we could have zoom calls to discuss buggier plans, and on the last month… we had a zoom call once a week to make sure that she or I weren’t missing anything! The day of… all I had to do was relax! She spoke to everyone and got EVERYTHING in order that way I didn’t have to lift even a finger that day if I didn’t want to!!! Our ceremony flowed seamlessly and we were blown away at Gabby’s ability to move a crowd to effortlessly from one location to another! At the reception, my husband and I got to sit down and look around for a moment and before we knew it… there was food on our table and drinks in our hands! She served us before allowing anyone else in line and while that might sounds harsh, I heard horrible stories of people not eating at their own wedding and not being about to enjoy themselves and if it weren’t for Gabby, I think we would have had that same experience. So, the wedding was perfect and when the show was over and it was time to leave my family stayed back to clean and so did Gabby! She made sure that everything was back in order and left just the way that it was found to ensure that we would not be charged any fines! On top of all of that, Gabby was so beautiful on the inside and out, she has a smile that will brighten your day and a personality that seems so genuinely happy and truly could not have asked for a better coordinator!
Gabby made our day seamless and allowed us to enjoy ourselves without a care. The entire day felt like a complete dream. Her professionalism and upbeat attitude kept everyone stress free. Her great personality made for a trusting relationship. She also took charge of our rehearsal and made sure everyone was on the same page. Gabby has a true passion to make your wedding a special day and this is obvious in both the work she produces and in your interactions with her. If you are looking for someone to perfectly execute your vision and ensure you have the best time celebrating your love with your partner, seriously look no further.
Gabby is amazing! Leading up to the wedding, Gabby truly put the vision Tyler and I had to life. We loved how upfront and honest she was about certain things being costly to ensure we remained within our budget. For example, the arbor our florist was going to put together was a bit pricey, but Gabby knew our vision, and she put her creative skills to the test and made our arbor for us for much cheaper than we were about to pay. Nowadays, finding someone who will go over and beyond for you is very hard, and Gabby indeed did that for us! She made sure our wedding was everything that we wanted and more. She fit right in with our family; her personality is contagious and she is so much fun to be around! We loved planning our wedding with Gabby!
